1. I read & understand the items included in a KLU package to oversee a KLU Satellite Campus.
2. I agree to follow the Director Manual, when I receive it, to the best of my ability and to operate
a KLU Satellite Campus within KLU guidelines.
3. I read, understand & agree to access the KLU Cloud to download materials and courses.
4. I will email a jpg passport style photo of my designated KLU Director for my Director certificate.
5a. I agree to issue certificates and diplomas and KLU Admin will issue Associate Degrees.
5b. I agree to send names of Associate Degree graduates 45 days prior to graduation date.
6. I will read the KLU monthly internet newsletter.
7. I will read and use the updates listed in the KLU Director Forms internet newsletter.
8a. I have the use of a computer and speakers to play the audio courses.
8b. I have the use of a screen and video projector to play the video courses.
8c. I will supply KLU with a non-sign in email account.
9. I wil follow the KLU campus guidelines to the best of my ability.
10a. I will print & sign KLU Workbook Biblical worksheet for student, upon completion of class.
10b. I will print & sign KLU Missions & Evangelism worksheet for student, upon completion of

11. I will give each applicant a Student Application and keep a file on each student.
12. I read, understand and agree that I have flex scheduling for my classes.
13. I read, understand and agree that the Ministry Certificate requires 15 credits.
14. I read, understand agree that the Diploma Certificate requires 30 credits.
15. I read, understand & agree that the Associate Degree requires 60 credits, test, grades and
a GPA and will keep records to perpetuity.
16. I read, understand & agree that Practicum (practical ministry experience) is extremely valuable
for students entering ministry and will offer 2 credits each semester and will oversee
their Practicum.
17. I read, understand & agree to submit an online Graduation Form per graduation and a report on
student placement following graduation.
18. I read, understand & agree that in the event of any disagreements between KLU and Director,
Director and KLU, Director and students, students and Director, students and students will be
handled in a godly manner following Biblical guidelines.
19. I read, understand & agree that KLU associate accreditation with Transworld Accrediting
Commission International is important and will do my part to uphold its integrity for the benefit
of all participating schools.

22. I read, understand & agree no refunds, as no start-up or monthly fees for International Directors.
24. I read, understand & agree to refund Associate Degree seeking student fees within 30 days of
payment. Fees not determined yet.
25. I read, understand & agree with KLU's heart for missions and will encourage student involvement in
missions and evangelism.
26a. I read, understand & agree that a KLU campus can only be terminated with written notice.
26b. I read, understand & agree that I will not plagiarize or copy or use any KLU materials, forms,
certificates, courses, procedures or give / sell said material to any third party and agree to
remove all KlU materials from my church, computers, books and premises.
26c. I read, understand & agree to give students names and up-to-date transcripts to KLU Adm.

26d. I read, understand & agree to inform my students of closing of campus in a timely fashion and
encourage them to sign up online to complete their studies.
27. I read, understand & agree that KLU can terminate a campus due to non-compliance and
unresolvable issues that have been stated in writing after 3 official warnings where there is no
resolution /compliance or agreement by satellite campus.
28.a I read, understand & agree that excessive tardiness, more than 1/3 classes without acceptable
excuse with Director, is subject to lower grade 1 point.
28b. I read, understand & agree that student who misses more than 1/3 classes will receive an
Incomplete.
29. I read, understand & agree that KLU highly regards godly behavior and good character in its
students and Director shall give 3 written notice to a non-compliant student (such as continually
tardy without excuse by Director or frequent missed classes without excuse by Director, student
and an appointment to discuss issues, is allowed an opportunity to change their behavior, then a
Director can dismiss a student who refuses to comply with campus policies.
30. I read, understand and agree to submit an annual report of my campus activities each year to KLU Admin.
by Dec. 31st, including annual student enrollment, graduates by certificate, diploma and degree.
